At this point I wanted to try adding some backgrounds with layers in photoshop. This was one of my first.

Trying to play with the same style as I did with the photo "Christopher," but was using a different lens, creating a very different effect.

In order to achieve the lighting, as a student on a budget we used a lamp that was on hand. The smoke was not achieved organically, but is rather a composite of four photos from different smoke that was produced.
