One of the many halls of the abandoned Psychiatric Institution, Letchworth Village, in upstate New York.
Letchworth Village, as it was known when it opened in 1911, was shut down in 1996. Many of the buildings are now filled with the remains of the clinic - almost as if abandoned in haste over-night

Inside another one of the buildings at Letchworth. Some like this one have been altered from their original states to include graffiti on the wall and bed in the entrance.
As mentioned in the previous post, everything is still there, of course not in pristine condition. Things have moved. I would expect Letchworth Village, which is now surrounded by a park, is not the place to be at night.
Found this old repair service truck in downtown Durham NC. It was behind an old, I believe functioning repair/mechanic building. It and a few other trucks were scattered around on the side, along with old machinery. If only the truck could speak, what stories would it tell?
